Any unused item bought can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
Any unused item bought can be transferred to another player for an unlimited amount of time.
Any unused item bought can be exchanged for another or multiple items of the same value.
If the customer is perm banned for cheating or other behavior, any purchases made for the last 60 days will be refunded, however, future purchases will be blocked and access to our games will be permanently denied.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us first at [email protected] or use the contact form before issuing a charge back or Paypal claim, I'm sure we will work it out. We have a very flexible refund policy.
